By accessing and using Sri Ambal Fabrication's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Orders
- All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST
- Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly
- Custom orders require advance payment and have longer lead times
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Custom fabrication orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product type
- Custom fabrication projects may take 7-30 days depending on complexity
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners
Warranty
All products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
